We are designing mould and manufacturing ISO, DIN, standard gears with steel bar cutting machines, casting machines, forging machines, CNC turning lather machines, CNC grinding machines, rolling machines, spline broach machines, boring machines, drill machine, hobbing teeth machines, shaving teeth machines, honing teeth machines, milling teeth machines, grinding teeth machines, heat treat machines. We inspect our products with gear mesh machines, runout test machine, pitch error test machines, teeth lead and profile test machines. Our gears outside diameter is 20-500mm, module from 0.5-15mm, including hypoid gear are widely used in domestic and foreign petrol, diesel and electrical drive automotive OEM and aftermarket engine, front and rear axle of vehicles and engineering machinery, trucks, heavy duty trucks, pickups, cars, electrical car, ATV, UTV, ships. Our company workshop area cover over 50000 square meters, have over 500 employees, of which over 100 are engineers and technicians. We design gears, gearboxes and sprockets with advanced CAD, CAM, UG, PROE, SOLIDWORKS software. Our annual output reached 1000000 pieces gears.
